Dan is a committed and enthusiastic Level 4 Personal Trainer who uses a fun and varied approach to training. He is experienced in working in one to one fitness, group sessions and corporate fitness in a variety of environments; he also works with specialist populations including G.P. referrals (a range of conditions) and cardiac rehabilitation.
Dan is able to motivate clients to achieve personal goals and to reach their full potential both physically and mentally .He uses a variety of training techniques and individual tailored programs. The personalised sessions can include kettlebell training, boxing based exercise, circuit training and others.
Personal interests include: weight training, kettlebell training and competitive sport. Dan is always looking for new, fun and improved ways of developing fitness and knowledge; that can then be used to benefit clients and further his own personal development.
